Avgerinos & Partners has an established European Community Law department, whose members have been involved in numerous research projects concerning the harmonisation of domestic and other member states' law with the Europe’s acquis communautaire. The department advises private and public sector clients on all aspects of European Law. In its work, the department draws on the experience gained by the European Commission and the academic involvement of Dr Yannis Avgerinos in teaching European law at various institutions, such as Harvard Law School, Queen Mary London, and Democritus University of Thrace.
