Our financial services group helps clients to structure their business in the most efficient way, minimising regulatory burdens and complying with relevant regulations. We can help to set up new businesses and product lines and draft and negotiate client, brokerage, investment management and custody agreements as well as compliance documentation. We also advise on perimeter issues, the rules governing the promotion and sale of financial products, and negotiate and document the regulatory aspects of corporate transactions.

The team analyses and reviews proposals for both international and domestic regulatory change, and maintains close links with all relevant regulatory organisations, including the Greek Capital Market Commission and Exchanges.  Members of the team are closely involved with Greek and EU regulatory reform and active participants in key industry and legal forums commenting on and seeking to influence the development of new domestic and European legislation.
